GINGERSNAPS

 

Ingredients:

 

3/4 cup margarine

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup cooking molasses

2 cup flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground cloves

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

 

Directions:

 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl in the order given.

  • Roll dough in to balls and dip in white sugar.

  • Place on a greased baking sheet.  DO NOT FLATTEN!

  • Bake at 350degrees Fahrenheit for only 7 minutes.

  • Remove from baking sheet onto a cooling rack and let cool.
