2 cups of sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup butter
3 cups instant oats
½ cup milk
- Combine sugar, butter, cocoa and milk in a saucepan(pot), stirring every once and a while.
- As SOON as it comes to a boil, take it off the heat! Add vanilla.
- Stir in coconuts and oats.
- Drop by small teaspoons onto waxed paper(on a cookie sheet) and place in fridge until chilled.
- Don’t make them too big, or they won’t set right. Smaller is better here!
