2 six inch pitas
½ cup prepared spaghetti or pizza sauce
½ small tomato/ chopped
½ cup chopped onion or several green onions/chopped
1-2 fresh mushrooms/ sliced
¼ small green pepper /diced
1 cup mozzarella cheese /grated
1-2 pieces ham
1-2 sticks of turkey pepperoni
- Preheat the oven to 425 ºF and place pitas on a cookie sheet
- You can each prepare your own pizza by spreading sauce onto the pita bread and adding your preferred toppings.
- Put the cheese on last!
- Bake the pizzas for five or six minutes until the cheese has melted and the pita bread has reached your desired crispiness.
